Dyslexia research

Since 1980 Marianne Bernadotte has been engaged in research and development in the area of dyslexia. Together with Professor Ulf von Euler, Ragnar Granit and Curt von Euler at the Karolinska Institute she is co-founder and Honorary President of the Academia Rodinensis Pro Remediatione, the co-ordinating body for dyslexia research across the globe. Marianne Bernadotte is also involved in the award of the Academy’s Norman Geschwind prize, an internationally recognized and prestigious honorary appointment for younger researchers within the area of dyslexia. Marianne Bernadotte is also Honorary Chairperson of the Board of the Swedish Dyslexia Foundation for research in dyslexia and Honorary Chairperson of the Swedish Dyslexia Association for pedagogic research in the area of dyslexia.
